Abstract

고대 동양의학에서 경락(經絡)과 혈위(穴位)에 대한 인식은 해부지식, 임상 경험, 양생 수련의 실천 등이 결합된 산물이라 볼 수 있다. 고대인의 삼라만상(森羅萬象)에 대한 철학적 사유, 특히 당시 성행하던 음양오행설(陰陽五行說)과 기일원론(氣一元論), 천인합일론(天人合一論) 등의 철학사상 영향으로 단순한 선[經絡]과 점[穴位]의 결합이 경락과 수혈(?穴)이론으로 승화되어 경락학설 체계가 창조되었다. 본 연구 『족비십일맥구경(足臂十一脈灸經)』, 『음양십일맥구경(陰陽十一脈灸經)』, 『황제내경(黃帝內經)』 등 십이경맥(十二經脈)에 관한 문헌을 비교?분석하여 경맥의 종류와 명명의 변천과정에 대해 고찰하였다. 초기의 경맥은 11경맥이었으나 『황제내경』 이후 12경맥 체계로 변화되었으며, 크게 수경(手經)과 족경(足經)으로 양분되고 오장육부(五臟六腑)와 삼음삼양(三陰三陽)의 음양이론이 결합되어 경맥의 명칭이 완성되었다. 향후 학설에 머물러 있는 경락에 대해 실증적 연구를 통해 과학적으로 경락의 실체가 규명되길 기대한다.

In the ancient Oriental medicine, the perception of the meridian system and acupuncture point would be the product combining anatomy, clinical experience and practice of Yangsheng training. Due to the influence of the philosophical cause on all creation of ancient people, namely, philosophical ideology of Yin-Yang and five elements theory, Qi-monism, theory of Tianrenheyi and the like that was particularly popular then, the combination of simple line(meridian system) and point(acupuncture point) was sublimed into the meridian system and acupuncture point theory system to create the theory of meridian system. This study has contemplated on the types and names of meridian system, the process of transition and its implications by comparatively analyzing the bibliographies on those Twelve Main Meridian, including, 『Zubishiyimaijiujing』, 『Yinyangshiyimaijiujing』, 『Huangdineijing』 and others. The initial meridian system had Eleven Main Meridian, but after 『Huangdineijing』, it was changed to the Twelve Main Meridian system. It has largely classified into hand channel and foot channel with the combination of the Ying-Yang theory of Six Viscera and Five Bowls and three yin and three yang to complete the names of the meridian system. It is expected to clarify the actual identity of the meridian system in scientific ways through the empirical study on the meridian system that has only been in academic theories.
