Abstract

|
본 연구는 딴뜨라의 주요 사상 중 하나인 까쉬미르 샤이비즘에서 바라보는 의식발달을 살펴보고, 까쉬미르 샤이비즘의 세 가지 유형의 영적불순을 정화함으로써 의식발달은 어떻게 나타나는지를 스와미 묵따난다의 영적 자서전을 통해 그 특징을 파악하고자 하였다. 스와미 묵따난다는 의식발달을 가로막고 있는 영적불순이 정화됨으로써 나타나는 주요 현상을 내면의 네 가지 빛 즉, 붉은 빛, 흰 빛, 검은 빛과 푸른빛으로 묘사하고 있다. 붉은 빛의 단계에서는 거친 몸에서 일어나는 다양한 신체적인 끄리야와 비전 및 비일상적인 욕망 등이 나타났으며, 이는 거친 몸의 영적불순인 까르마 말라의 정화과정에서 나타났다. 흰 빛의 단계에서는 미세한 몸의 영적불순인 마이야 말라의 정화과정과 연결되며, 검은 빛의 단계에서는 원인의 몸의 영적불순인 아나바 말라의 정화과정과 연결된다. 세 가지 유형의 영적불순의 정화과정에서 나타난 주요 특징들과 영적불순의 정화과정에서 경험하게 되는 다양한 의식체험들이 영성상담에서 주는 시사점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the meaning of development of consciousness in Kashmir ?aivism and to figure out the characteristics of transformation of consciousness by purifying the three spiritual impurities(mala) through the spiritual autobiography by Swami Muktananda. Swami Muktananda portrayed the main phenomena manifested by the purification of the spiritual impurity that is blocking the development of consciousness with four inner lights: red, white, black and blue. At the stage of the red light appeared various physical kriyas and visions and extraordinary desires that take place in the gross body(stula sarira) which appeared in the process of purification of karma mala. At the stage of white light, it is connected to the purification of mayiya mala which is connected to the subtle body(sushukma sarira). At the stage of black light, it is connected to the purification of anava mala, the spiritual impurity of the causal body. The main characteristics of the three types of purification of spiritual
impurity and the various experiences of consciousness that are experienced in the purification of spiritual impurity were suggested.
