The purpose of the study aimed to provide the theoretical review for the Mindfulness-Based Self-Efficacy, Self-Compassion, Dysfunctional Attitudes and intentional Rumination for torment relief. To date, previous studies related to Mindfulness and Self-Compassion reported in foreign literature have focused on the recovery of psychological awareness. However, there were limitations of comprehensive studies on Mindfulness-Based Self-Efficacy, SelfCompassion, Dysfunctional Attitudes and Rumination. Therefore, we analyzed the definition and psychological concept of Mindfulness-Based Self-Efficacy, Self-Compassion, Dysfunctional Attitudes and Rumination. In addition, the study investigated the relation between the factors of Mindfulness-Based Self-Efficacy, Self-Compassion, Dysfunctional Attitudes and Rumination. It provided the general review and understanding of the Mindfulness-Based Self-Efficacy, SelfCompassion, Dysfunctional Attitudes and Rumination. from the reported studies. In conclusion, the study could be used as basic data for clinical setting when mental health professionals intervened the Psychotheray and counseling.
