Abstract

본 연구는 2017년 10월 4회기 부부상담이다. 치유 방법으로는 호흡명상의 기본과정으로 들숨과 날숨, 수식관, 미소호흡 그리고 그림명상을 적용하였는데 이 과정을 고집멸도 4단계로 분석 하였다. 고(苦)의 단계는 분노의 감정이 있음을 통찰하는 과정으로 통나무님의 분노의 증상을 다루었고, 집(集)의 단계는 분노의 감정이 어떻게 발생하는지 그 원인을 명료화하는 과정으로 통나무님의 성장과정에서 드러난 환경, 정서, 문화적 관계에서 어떤 관계를 형성하고 있는지를 살펴보았다. 멸(滅)의 단계는 분노의 감정이 사라지는 것을 통찰하는 단계이다. 도(道)의 단계는 새로운 계획을 실천하는 단계로 분노의 감정이 다시 오지 않도록 하는 행동단계이다.

This study was related with the fourth session of the married couple counseling performed in October 2017. Applied healing methods included expiratory-inspiratory as the basic course of breathing meditation, breath counting, smile breathing and ’meditation while seeing pictures’. And the study analyzed the process via four phases of Suffering, its cause, emancipation, the way. The phase of Suffering - a process of identifying the existence of the feeling of anger - dealt with the symptoms of Mr Tongnamu’s anger. The phase of the Cause of suffering - a process of clarifying the cause of eruption of anger - examined how his anger was connected with environment, sentiments and cultural relationships revealed during his growing process. The phase of Emancipation - a process of seeing the feeling of anger disappear The phase of the Way - a process of practising a new plan - was the behavioral stage that would seek to prevent the occurrence of the feeling of anger.
