¹è(Pyrus pyrifolia)¿Í »ý°(Zingiber officinale )À» ÇÔÀ¯ÇÑ ±â´É¼º ¾àÁÖÀÇ °³¹ß°ú »ý¸®È°¼ºÀ» Á¶»çÇÑ °á°ú´Â ´ÙÀ½°ú °°´Ù. ¾àÁÖÀÇ ¾ËÄÚ¿ÃÀÇ ÇÔ·®Àº ÁöÀå¼ö ¾àÁÖ 17%, »ý°+¹è ÷°¡ÇÑ ¾àÁÖ´Â 15% ±×¸®°í »ý°+¹è ÷°¡ ŹÁÖ´Â 8%·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ÃÑ Æú¸®Æä³î°ú Çö󺸳ëÀ̵å ÇÔ·®, DPPH ÀüÀÚ°ø¿©´É, tyrosinase ÀúÇØ È°¼º, ¾ÆÁú»ê¿° ¼Ò°ÅÈ°¼º, ACE ÀúÇØÈ°¼ºÀº ¹è¿Í »ý° ÷°¡ ¾àÁÖ¿¡¼ °¡Àå ³ô°Ô ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. Æó¾Ï°ú °£¾Ï¼¼Æ÷¿¡ ´ëÇÑ Ç×¾ÏÈ°¼ºÀº ÁöÀå¼ö·Î ¸¸µç ¾àÁÖ¿¡¼ °¡Àå ³ô°Ô ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù.

The results of testing the development and physiological activities of a functional Yakju containing pear(Pyrus pyrifolia) and ginger(Zingiber officinale) were as follows. The contents of jijangsu Yakju, ginger + pear, and ginger + pear Takju alcohol were 17%, 15%, and 8% respectively. The total polyphenol and flavonoid content, DPPH electron donating ability, tyrosinase inhibitory activity, nitrite scavenging activity and ACE inhibitory activity was highest in ginger + pear Yakju. Antitumor activity against lung cancer and liver cancer cells is highest in Yakju made jijangsu.
