¹æ¹ý : 30¸íÀÇ ´ë»óÀÚµéÀÌ º» ¿¬±¸¿¡ Âü¿©ÇÏ¿´°í, ¸ðµç ´ë»óÀÚµéÀº º¸Çà ½Ã »óüÀÇ ¿òÁ÷ÀÓÀ» ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ´ë»óÀÚµéÀº ¼­·Î ´Ù¸¥ 4°¡ÁöÀÇ Å¸ÀÔÀÇ º¸ÇàÀ» ½Ç½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù. 1) ¾ÕÀ¸·Î °È±â(FW), 2) µÚ·Î °È±â(BW), 3) ÆÈÀÇ Èçµé¸² ¾øÀÌ °È±â(NS), 4) µÞÁüÁö°í °È±â(HBB). º» ¿¬±¸´Â 6´ëÀÇ Ä«¸Þ¶ó¸¦ »ç¿ëÇÑ 3Â÷¿ø µ¿Àۺм®±â¸¦ »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© ¿îµ¿Çü»óÇÐÀû ÀڷḦ ¼öÁýÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á·Ð : ¿ì¸®´Â °¢ º¸ÇàÇüÅ¿¡ µû¸¥ »óüÀÇ ¿òÁ÷ÀÓ º¯È­¸¦ Á¦°øÇÑ´Ù. ±×¸®°í ÀÌ ¿¬±¸¸¦ ÅëÇØ µÚ·Î °È±â ½Ã ôÃßÀÇ ½Ã»ó¸é °üÀý¹üÀ§¿Í ÈäºÎÀÇ ½Ã»ó¸é Ⱦ´Ü¸é °üÀý¹üÀ§, ÈäºÎÀÇ ¾Õ-µÚ ¿òÁ÷ÀÓÀÌ Áõ°¡ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀ» ¹ß°ßÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ¾úÀ¸¸ç, ôÃßÀÇ °ü»ó¸é°ú Ⱦ´Ü¸éÀÇ °üÀý¹üÀ§, ÈäºÎÀÇ ¾ÈÂÊ-°¡ÂÊ, À§ÂÊ-¾Æ·¡ÂÊÀ¸·ÎÀÇ ¿òÁ÷ÀÓÀº °¨¼ÒÇÏ´Â °ÍÀ» ¹ß°ßÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. º¸Çà ÇüÅ¿¡ µû¶ó ¸öÅë ¿òÁ÷ÀÓÀº ´Ù¸£°Ô ³ªÅ¸³ª¸ç ÇÊ¿ä¿¡ µû¶ó ¼±ÅÃÀû º¸ÇàÀ» ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖÀ» °ÍÀ¸·Î »ç·áµÈ´Ù.

Purpose£ºThe purpose of this study was to examine that change in the trunk movement during walking.

Methods£ºThirty healthy young subjects participated for this study. All subjects were measured trunk movement during walking. subjects walked with four different walking type: 1) forward walking (FW), 2) Backward walking (BW), 3) No swing walking (NS), 4) Hand behind back walking (HBB). Kinematic data were collected using 6 Camera Vicon motion analysis. The level of significance was set accepted at p < 0.05. All statistical analyses were performed with SPSS 18.0.

Results£ºSpine Sagital Frontal Horizontal plane Angle, Thoraxic sagital horizontal plane Angle, Thorax medial-lateral anterior-posterior superior-inferior movement were significant difference (p < 0.05). But Thoraxic frontal plane angle were not significant difference. BW was significant difference of Spine sagital frontal horizontal plane angle, Thoraxic sagital horizontal plane angle, Thorax medial-lateral anterior-posterior superior-inferior movement compared to FW (p < 0.05). NS was significant difference of Spine frontal horizontal plane angle, Thoraxic horizontal plane angle, Thorax medial-lateral anterior-posterior movement compared to dynamic gait (p < 0.05). HBB was significant difference of spine sagital frontal horizontal plane angle, Thoraxic sagital plane angle, Thorax superior-inferior movement compared to FW (p < 0.05).

Conclusion£ºWe provide kinematics of trunk movement during the number of gait type. These finding indicate that Spine sagital plane angle, Thoraxic sagital horizontal plane angle, Thorax anterior-posterior movement was increased when BW and Spine frontal horizontal plane angle, Thorax medial-lateral superior-inferior movement was decreased when BW.
