Abstract

º» ¿¬±¸´Â ¼­¿ï, ÀÎõ, °æ±â Áö¿ªÀÇ ½Å»ý¾ÆÁýÁßÄ¡·á½Ç¿¡ ±Ù¹«ÇÏ´Â °£È£»ç¸¦ ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ¹ß´ÞÁöÁö°£È£ÀÇ Áß¿äµµ¿Í ¼öÇ൵¸¦ È®ÀÎÇÏ°í, ¹ß´ÞÁöÁö°£È£ ±³À°¿ä±¸µµ¸¦ ºÐ¼®ÇÏ°íÀÚ ¼öÇàÇÏ¿´´Ù. Áß¿äµµ°¡ ³ôÀº ¿µ¿ªÀº ¡®°¡Á·Á߽ɰ£È£¡¯¿´À¸¸ç, ¼öÇ൵°¡ ³·Àº ¿µ¿ªÀº ¡®°³º°È­µÈ °£È£¡¯¿´´Ù. Borich ¿ä±¸µµ ºÐ¼®¿¡¼­ Á¦ÀÏ ³ôÀº ¼øÀ§´Â ¡®°³º°È­µÈ °£È£¡¯·Î ³ªÅ¸³µÀ¸¸ç, ÃÖ»óÀ§ ¿ì¼±¼øÀ§·Î °áÁ¤µÈ Ç׸ñÀº ¹Ì¼÷¾ÆÀÇ ÅëÁõ°ü¸®¿Í °ü·ÃµÈ Ç׸ñÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ÀÌ»óÀÇ °á°ú¸¦ ÅëÇØ ½Å»ý¾ÆÁýÁßÄ¡·á½Ç °£È£ ÇöÀå¿¡¼­´Â ½Å»ý¾ÆÁýÁßÄ¡·á½Ç °£È£»çµéÀÇ ¹ß´ÞÁöÁö°£È£ ¼öÇàÀ» ³ôÀ̱â À§ÇØ ±³À°¿ä±¸µµ°¡ ³ôÀº ºÎºÐ¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ±³À°ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÔÀ» È®ÀÎÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ÃßÈÄ¿¡´Â ¹ß´ÞÁöÁö°£È£¿¡ ´ëÇÑ Áö½ÄÀÌ ¹ß´ÞÁöÁö°£È£ ¼öÇà¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇ⠶Ǵ ¹ß´ÞÁöÁö°£È£ ±³À°ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ °³¹ß, Àû¿ë ÈÄ ±× È¿°ú¸¦ ÆľÇÇÏ´Â ¿¬±¸°¡ ÇÊ¿äÇÒ °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

Purpose: This study used a descriptive investigative design to identify educational needs for developmental supportive care for the purpose of establishing a developmental supportive care education program for nurses in neonatal intensive care units.

Methods: A survey was conducted on 93 nurses working in neonatal intensive care units located in a metropolitan area, and the collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and a paired t-test with the SPSS 25.0 program. For the purpose of analyzing educational needs, we further analyzed data through an importance-performance analysis (IPA) and the Borich needs assessment and the locus for focus models.

Results: The average importance of the developmental supportive care of nurses in neonatal intensive care units was 3.74¡¾0.78 out of 5, and the average performance was 3.46¡¾0.81 out of 5. A t-test on the difference between the IPA and Borich needs assessment showed the highest educational need in the categories of ¡®individualized care¡¯, and ¡®I serve on the Developmental Care Committee at my institution¡¯. In addition, according to the results of deriving the priorities of educational needs using the Borich needs assessment and the locus for focus model, the highest priority was ¡®I provide appropriate pain management when noxious procedures are necessary¡¯.

Conclusion: These findings can be used as basic data to design a developmental supportive care program suitable for nurses in neonatal intensive care units to meet the educational needs for developmental supportive care.
