Abstract

|
본 연구는 최근 10년간 출판된 국내 신규간호사 관련 논문 110편의 초록에 등장하는 키워드를 대상으로 주요 키워드와 연구동향을 분석하였다. 최근 10년간 신규간호사 관련 연구의 핵심 키워드는 ‘교육’, ‘훈련’, ‘프로그램’, ‘기술’, ‘케어’, ‘실무’, ‘직무수행’, ‘만족’으로, 신규간호사의 ‘기술’, ‘케어’, ‘실무’, ‘직무수행’을 향상시키기 위한 ‘교육’, ‘훈련’, ‘프로그램’에 관심이 높았음을 보여준다. 토픽모델링을 통해 ‘이직’, ‘적응’, ‘교육’이라는 3개 주제를 도출하였다. ‘이직’과 ‘적응’은 신규간호사의 적응을 증진하여 이직을 예방하는데 필요한 연구들이 많이 이루어졌음을 알 수 있었으며, ‘교육’은 업무수행능력 향상을 위한 교육이 주로 이루어졌음을 알 수 있었다. 신규간호사의 높은 사직률을 볼 때, ‘이직’과 ‘적응’에 대한 연구가 많이 이루어진 것은 타당하나 관련 요인에 대한 탐색에 치중되어 있고 적응을 도와 이직을 감소하는 중재연구는 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로, 향후 신규간호사의 적응을 도와 이직을 감소시키는 전략을 개발하는데 기초자료를 제공하고 지속되어야 할 연구의 방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to analyze the research trends of articles on just graduated Korean nurses during the past 10 years for exploring strategies for clinical adaptation.
Methods: The topics of new graduate nurses were extracted from 110 articles that have been published in Korean journals between January 2010 and July 2020. Abstracts were retrieved from 4 databases (DBpia, RISS, KISS and Google scholar). Keywords were extracted from the abstracts and cleaned using semantic morphemes. Network analysis and topic modeling were performed using the NetMiner program.
Results: The core keywords included ‘education’, ‘training’, ‘program’, ‘skill’, ‘care’, ‘performance’, and ‘satisfaction’. In recent articles on new graduate nurses, three major topics were extracted by Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) techniques: ‘turnover’, ‘adaptation’, ‘education’.
Conclusion: Previous articles focused on exploring the factors related to the adaptation and turnover intentions of new graduate nurses. It is necessary to conduct further research focused on various interventions at the individual, task, and organizational levels to improve the retention of new graduate nurses.
