Abstract

|
연구목적: 본 연구는 청소년을 대상으로 개발된 사이버불링 도구를 신규간호사에게 적용하여 타당도와 신뢰도를 평가하기 위해 수행하였다.
연구방법: 본 도구는 사이버불링 피해 정도를 측정하기 위한 단일 요인으로 구성된 14개 문항과 사이버불링 피해 매체에 대한 복수응답 1개 문항으로 구성되어 있다. 자료수집은 온라인 사이트를 통해 병원에서 근무하는 신규간호사 279명을 모집하였다. 도구의 구성타당도 검증을 위해 AMOS 26.0을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 도구의 신뢰도 검증을 위해 SPSS WIN 26.0을 이용하여 Cronbach’s alpha를 산출하였다.
연구결과: 단일요인 모형으로 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 구성타당도가 있음을 확인하였으며(=360.22, df=77, NFI=.91, TLI=.92, CFI=.93, RMSEA=.12). 사이버불링과 직장 내 괴롭힘의 상관계수는 .50 (p<.01)로 나타나 준거타당도를 확인하였다. 한국어판 사이버불링 도구의 신뢰도는 Cronbach’s alpha .97이었다.
결론: 본 연구는 한국어판 사이버불링 도구가 신규간호사의 사이버불링 경험을 측정하는데 적합한 도구임을 확인하였다. 향후 본 도구의 사용이 관련 연구 및 실무에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

Purpose: This study was done to determine whether the Korean version of the cyberbullying scale developed for adolescents is applicable to newly graduated nurses.
Methods: This scale was composed of 14 items with the one-factor structure to measure the degree of cyberbullying and 1 item with multiple responses the media used for cyberbullying. Online survey data were collected from 279 newly graduated nurses who worked in hospital. Internal consistency reliability and construct validity using confirmatory factor analysis were conducted using SPSS/WIN 26.0 and AMOS 26.0.
Results: The one-factor structure was validated through confirmatory factor analysis (x2=360.22, df=77, Normed Fit Index (NFI)=.91, Tucker Lewis index (TLI)=.92, Comparative Fit Index (CFI)=.93, and Root Mean-Squared Error of Approximation (RMSEA)=.12). The correlation coefficient between cyberbullying and workplace bullying was .50 (p<.01), confirming the criterion-related validity. The Korean version of the cyberbullying scale showed reliable internal consistency with a Cronbach’s α for the total scale of .97.
Conclusion: Findings from this study demonstrate that the Korean version of the cyberbullying scale has satisfactory construct validity and reliability to measure cyberbullying experience among newly graduated nurses. The use of this scale will be valuable for future practice and research related to cyberbullying.
