The quality of life scale developed by Whal-Ranwere used. The data was analyzed by the S.P.S.S. statistcal software program. Percentile, means and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA and pearson correlation were utilized for analysis. The result of this study were as follows. 1. The scores of the perceived social support of the subjects ranged from 24 to 120 with a mean score of 90.98, which the item mean score was 3.79. 1) The scores of the perceived family support of the subjects ranged from 12 to 60 with a mean score of 46.93, which the item mean score was 3.91. 2) The scores of the perceived medical support of the subjects ranged from 12 to 60 with a mean score of 44.05, which the item mean score was 3.67. 2. The scores of quality of life of the subjects ranged from 41 to 205 with a mean score of 128.46, which the item mean score was 3.133. For each factor in the quality of life scale, the mean score was as follows; for attitude toward life, 3.511, for physical symptom 3.430, for emotional status, 3.138, for healthy perception 3.091, for familial relationship and financial status, 3.086, for social activity, 2.722. 3. There was a significant difference in perceived social support according to sex(t=-.101, p=.003) and monthly income(F=5.420, p=.000). 4. There was a significant difference in quality of life according to sex(t=0.523, p=.009). 5. The result of the analysis of the relationship between perceived social support and quality of life showed a positive correlation(r=.486 p=.000). Therefore, the higher the perceived social support of the patients, the higher the quality of life. 1) The result of the analysis of the relationship between perceived family support and quality of life showed a significant correlation(r=.474 p=.000). Therefore, the higher the perceived family support of the patients, the higher the quality of life. 2) The result of the analysis of the relationship between perceived medical support and quality of life showed a significant correlation(r=.343 p=.002).
